INDEPENDENT HYPNOBIRTHING PRACTITIONER TRAINING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WELCOME
I am delighted that you are interested in training to become an Independent Hypnobirthing Practitioner with me, Emily Bray.
Before booking on to a course, please ensure you read through all of the Terms and Conditions as detailed below.
If you have any questions, please do reach out to me.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REFERS TO:
Emily Bray - Course Trainer
Trainee Practitioner or Practitioner - The individual booking a training course
COURSE PAYMENT
A 10% non refundable deposit is due to secure your place.
The remaining balance of the course fee is due 8 weeks (this is the “due date”) prior to the course start date. This is non refundable.
Payments not received within 10 days of the “due date” will be subject to a late payment charge at the rate of 10% per annum in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. In this situation, you may be requested to return any course materials that you have been given and you may have access to online materials and our private course Facebook group for practitioners removed.
Emily Bray has the right to change the course fees as listed on the website or as advertised anywhere else at any time. Once your 10% deposit has been paid, the balance payment will not be altered and the 90% balance will remain that which was advertised at the time of booking on to a course with your deposit.
CANCELLATION
In the rare situation that I need to cancel the course, the course will be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled course, a full refund will be given. Emily Bray reserves the right to request return of any course materials that you have been given and remove access to online materials and our private course Facebook group for practitioners in the scenario that you are given a full course refund.
COURSE MATERIALS
Pre-course learning materials will only be distributed to you once the balance has been paid.
You may therefore wish to make the balance payment earlier than 8 weeks before the course if you wish to get started with your pre-course learning materials and module assessment sooner. Details of the pre-course preparation module can be found here - https://www.emily-bray.com/train-to-teach-hypnobirthing under “10 Steps to Becoming an Independent Hypnobirthing Practitioner”.
REFUNDS
Once the balance has been paid and you have received your pre-course learning materials, no refunds will be issued. It is therefore important that you have clearly read through all the information regarding the course before making your commitment. If you change your mind about the course or complete only part of the course, no refunds are issued.
PAYMENT PLANS
If a payment plan agreement is in place, please refer to the terms and conditions related to the payment plan.
CERTIFICATION
You are responsible for completing your pre and post course modules and will only receive your Independent Hypnobirthing Practitioner Certificate once all course work has been completed and returned to Emily. You will not be permitted to get insurance as a Hypnobirthing Practitioner until you have received course certification and can submit this to your insurance provider.
CONFIDENTIALITY
During the course and afterwards in our Practitioner private Facebook group, practitioners will have access to and become acquainted with various information shared by fellow practitioners and Emily Bray, such as personal birth stories (if practitioners decide to share such information - it is not something that is part of the training, but from time to time practitioners decide to refer to their own birth experience during the training), and you, the trainee practitioner agrees to keep all information shared on the course or afterwards completely confidential.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course files and resources remain the property of Emily Bray and should not be shared with external parties. Any misuse of any of the course intellectual property may result in court action. Emily Bray will also protect any trainee practitioner intellectual property or personal/business information that may be discussed.
