hI, I’M EMILY

I am a Doula, Doula Coach, Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Trainer and I live in Falmouth, Cornwall with my partner and our two little ones.

Through my work with parents, I love to share my knowledge, tools and practical tips to support them to feel calm, prepared and empowered in their decision making as they journey towards this most transformational time.

As a doula coach and Hypnobirthing Practitioner Trainer, I nurture ideas and celebrate the unique qualities that everyone brings to this really special work.

Through my work I have seen how positive birth and postnatal experiences really do have an impact that last a lifetime.
