hI, I’M EMILY
I am a Doula, Antenatal Educator, Hypnobirthing Practitioner and mother of two. I live in Falmouth Cornwall and support pregnant people, parents and families with support at every stage of their journey.
Whether I am providing birth or postnatal support or working with parents on my Antenatal and Hypnobirthing course, my aim is for them to feel empowered in their decision making, informed and supported both practically and emotionally. The impact of which lasts a lifetime. I also train people to become Hypnobirthing Practitioners.

it 2025, I took over the Mama Serene Independent Hypnobirthing Practitioner Training so I train people to teach Hypnobirthing. Whether you already work with pregnant people or want to start working in the birth world, this training will set you up to teach Hypnobirthing in the way you want to, with my support every step of the way.
